On the fourth floor of Building 4, D445 is a one-bedroom apartment at The Hills Residence in Simpson Bay, for up to two guests.
Layout
The bedroom has a king-size bed. The open kitchen has everything needed to cook, including a dishwasher and an espresso machine. There is one bathroom. The apartment has no balcony; the windows of the living room look towards the lagoon.
The residence
Guests have access to the rooftop pool and its two jacuzzis, the elevator, private parking and the concierge service, which can arrange car rental, restaurant bookings and excursions. The apartment has air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a washer-dryer. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
Location
The Hills Residence is on the hillside above Simpson Bay, a few minutes by car from beaches, restaurants, shops and the airport. As the residence is on a hill, we recommend renting a car during your stay.
