Located on the fourth floor of Building 2 at The Hills Residence, B244 is a 55 m² one-bedroom apartment for up to three guests.
Layout
The bedroom has a king-size bed. A sofa bed in the living room sleeps one more guest. Meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. There is one bathroom. The balcony gives an open view over Simpson Bay lagoon.
The residence
Guests have access to the rooftop pool and its two jacuzzis, the elevator, private parking and the concierge service, which can arrange car rental, restaurant bookings and excursions. The apartment has air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a washer-dryer. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
Location
The Hills Residence is on the hillside above Simpson Bay, a few minutes by car from beaches, restaurants, shops and the airport. As the residence is on a hill, we recommend renting a car during your stay.
