Start at Princess Juliana International Airport: Upon exiting the airport, head southwest on Airport Road/National Route 1 (also known as Simpson Bay Road).
Pass through Simpson Bay: Continue through the lively area of Simpson Bay. Along the way, you’ll notice a variety of restaurants, shops, and marinas.
Look for Welfare Road: As you proceed, Airport Road transitions into Welfare Road, the main road through Simpson Bay. Stay on Welfare Road.
Arrive at The Hills Residence: Drive along Welfare Road until you reach The Hills Residence, located on the left-hand side. The residence is well-signposted and centrally situated in Simpson Bay, providing easy access to local amenities.

Perfect, like every time at their place.
Great stay, Great location!
Great stay and a great location! Pretty close to the airport and walking distance to many popular places to eat and beaches. For those not comfortable with walking to local restaurants, there are a number of restaurants on site like sushi, Italian, coffee shop, etc. right in the plaza on the first floor of the compound. The location consists of 4 buildings. This specific unit is in the first building, so you don’t have to worry about walking up the steep hill like the other buildings I'll Recommend renting a car. Rooftop pool is a great place to lounge and stayed pretty empty. The view is 10/10 - just like the pics!

Great stay at the Hills. Close to everything along the main strip of Welfare Rd. Quiet building. Great place to stay after a full day of beaching and dinners!
AMAZING VIEW
136 Beautifully decorated. First, I would like to start with the host. They have excellent communication skills and were able to answer all of our questions. One night, we lost our key, and in less than 10 minutes, someone was there to open it and gave me a new key. The private balcony was the highlight of the trip. We enjoy the afternoon drink great wine combined with amazing cheese The location was superb and central. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Great TV, air conditioning, coffee machine, microwave, combo laundry machine, dishwasher, etc. The rooftop pool provides a fantastic view of the bay
Lovely stay
Apartment 136 was a real home from home for us. It offered the best of the latest appliances and they were all brand new.. The private parking below the building offered excellent convenience. The location was superb and central. Lots of eateries within walking distance. On rainy days (we had two of) we dined at Don Pizza at the ground level of the building. Great TV, air conditioning, coffee machine, microwave, combo laundry machine, dishwasher etc etc. Great customer service from Jouvence and Amy. Rooftop pool provided great escape from the beach scene if you feel like taking a break. Will we go back again and stay at the same place…? You bet we will.
