A133 is a 55 m² one-bedroom apartment on the third floor of Building 1 at The Hills Residence, in Simpson Bay. It sleeps up to two guests.
Layout
The bedroom has a queen-size bed. Meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. There is one bathroom. There is no balcony, but the living room windows give a view of the lagoon.
The residence
Guests have access to the rooftop pool and its two jacuzzis, the elevator, private parking and the concierge service, which can arrange car rental, restaurant bookings and excursions. The apartment has air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a washer-dryer. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
Location
The Hills Residence is on the hillside above Simpson Bay, a few minutes by car from beaches, restaurants, shops and the airport. As the residence is on a hill, we recommend renting a car during your stay.
