Start at Princess Juliana International Airport: Upon exiting the airport, head southwest on Airport Road/National Route 1 (also known as Simpson Bay Road).
Pass through Simpson Bay: Continue through the lively area of Simpson Bay. Along the way, you’ll notice a variety of restaurants, shops, and marinas.
Look for Welfare Road: As you proceed, Airport Road transitions into Welfare Road, the main road through Simpson Bay. Stay on Welfare Road.
Arrive at The Hills Residence: Drive along Welfare Road until you reach The Hills Residence, located on the left-hand side. The residence is well-signposted and centrally situated in Simpson Bay, providing easy access to local amenities.

Girls Trip
Apartment is exectly like the pictures show you. We had an excelent week. Everything was Clean. Everything was working. Host was wonderful. Restaurant Naruto on the premises self was outstanding. Grocery store and other restaurants within walking distance. Parking space just under apartment complex. View was stunning. I would give the Hills Apartment a 10 out of 10. Super Duper Vacation. We will definitely come back to this place.
The Hills - A 127 2 bedroom lagoon view
For reference our group consisted of 2 adults with 2 kids under the age of 10. The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything. Excellent layout. 2 bedrooms with a jack and Jill bathroom. Powder room is in the tv room, behind the kitchen. We all slept so comfortably. The mattress and pillows were perfect! We were provided bathroom towels and beach towels. There’s a washer/dryer in the powder room so we refreshed our beach towels every other day. Supermarkets are between 1-4 min drive depending on which you choose to go to. Kim Sha beach is walking distance from condo, but we drove everywhere because of kids and beach accessories. Parking garage is right underneath the condo. Out of 37 beaches that the island has to offer we found our favourite were Mullet Bay, Fraiars Bay and Kko beach at Orient Bay. Lots of shops & restos underneath the condo. Pizza place was excellent. Sushi place decent. All in all we had a wonderful time (4th visit) and we will be back in February of next year! Communication was excellent with our host! THANK YOU for everything!!
