Look for Welfare Road: As you proceed, Airport Road transitions into Welfare Road, the main road through Simpson Bay. Stay on Welfare Road.
Arrive at The Hills Residence: Drive along Welfare Road until you reach The Hills Residence, located on the left-hand side. The residence is well-signposted and centrally situated in Simpson Bay, providing easy access to local amenities.

This apartment has the most breathtaking view on the entire island. The staff were genuinely wonderful - warm, attentive, and full of positive energy. What really set this place apart were the thoughtful personal touches: the local recommendations they offered were spot-on, and when we needed a taxi, the reception connected us with a driver who was reliable, punctual, and a pleasure to ride with.
Loved the place. In walking distance to so much on the Dutch side, clubs, restaurants and activities wise. The room was nice and clean and set up well for myself and my friends. The host was responsive when we had an issue and helped how they could. We really enjoyed our stay and would return here when we come back.
We had a very nice stay. The Hills were very accommodating since we had to book a last minute stay. The apartment was clean and inviting overlooking the bay. The front desk associates were very professional and helpful. Will pass The Hills information to anyone I know traveling to St. Maarten.
Well designed unit with nice view of the harbor, restaurants and food markets within walking distance, comfortable space. Excellent support from Jouvance always available for assistance. Highly recommend.
We stayed for a week in the condo. The manager let us in and gave us a tour of the condo/answered questions and was always available. Very friendly and helpful. Condo was in new condition, modern, clean and had plenty of the necessary items for a week stay. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. Nice TV with Netflix and Amazon. We liked the location. We had a car and used it to travel around the island. SImpson Bay is within walking distance. We liked that there were dozens and dozens of great places to eat within walking distance of the condo. Plenty of available parking in the condo garage. Were very happy with our stay.
